Scholarship programs

Many students take advantage of scholarship programs offered by Fukuoka University, the Japan Student Services Organization, local public organizations, and private-sector organizations. These programs include both grant-type scholarships that do not need to be repaid and loan-type scholarships that must be repaid, and the terms and conditions vary from program to program, making it important to review them in advance.

You can find more information about scholarship programs that are accepting applicants on bulletin boards in front of the University's Graduate School Administration Office, Central Office, and individual faculties' Administration Offices, as well as on the FU Portal. The Scholarship Counter at the University's Graduate School Administration Office is responsible for matters involving scholarships.
